Exceptional Living

I have been a resident at the W.L. since January of 2023, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience so far. My studio has some incredibly unique features that I absolutely adore including a gorgeous view of downtown and the cutest rounded staircase leading up to the bedroom overlooking the entire living space. It looks like something straight out of the movie Clueless, I love it! Oh, did I mention the double closet space? Major plus! Several utilities and amenities are also included like an indoor sauna and pest control just to name a few. My neighbors are awesome, super low-key, yet very friendly and trustworthy. This is a small close-knit community where everyone looks out for each other, and I am so grateful for that! The parking is gated, so you will always feel safe and secure in the evenings. The maintenance team is very respectful and quick to respond to any issues or concerns you may have. The property manger is polite, involved, and communicates regularly with the residents with building updates, general announcements, etc. This is the perfect place for me as I continue preparing for medical school, so I have no complaints at all! I would highly recommend The W.L. to any young professionals or responsible, mature adults looking to move to the Historic South Main Arts District. I will be so sad to leave when the time arrives, but I know it will be an ideal space for someone in the near future!
